Meet Kathy

I am Kathy. I am a lifelong Alaskan and a recent Arizona snowbird with a passion for nurturing balance in my life and in the lives of others. I spend my summers in the natural beauty of the Alaskan outdoors and soaking up the winter sunshine with my husband in Arizona. I feel energized by spending time in the natural world and everything it has to offer: hiking, fishing, camping, water sports, and pickleball. In addition to my love of the outdoors, I have an ever-evolving passion for The Enneagram, yoga, personal development, wellness, and healing. My goal is to live life in a balanced and loving manner.

My journey has brought varied personal and professional experiences into my life in a diverse field of interests. In my twenties, I started my career in the world of corporate America, then left it to become an entrepreneur. In 1980, I suffered a head-on car collision, which subsequently changed my outlook on healing by introducing me to holistic health. My recovery opened the door to a synergistic healing process, and new attention to wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.

this is who I am

I am a positive, energetic, and intuitive woman with a dedication to fostering healing through care and personal growth. I am a published author, public speaker, and presenter. I have been happily married since 1999, and am blessed to live a life alongside an amazing man, who is one of my greatest inspirations.

As a personal wellness instructor and coach, I have a passion for empowering women through sharing the simple tools I have learned, and enabling them to welcome better health and wellness into their lives, and the lives of their family and friends.
